The Architecture of Integration

Welcome to my space of intentional transformation. To maintain the integrity of our container, the following policies apply to all my consulting and coaching engagements.

1. The Exchange (Investment & Momentum) All sessions are prepaid and billed as “Organizational Consulting and Professional Development.” I do not offer refunds; however, should your circumstances shift, you are welcome to offer your unused sessions as a gift to another person to support their own evolution. To maintain the energetic momentum of your transformation, sessions must be utilized within the following timelines:

  • The Vast Horizon: Sessions must be scheduled and completed within 1 month.
  • The Fertile Valley: The 4-session sequence must be scheduled and finalized within 3 months.
  • The Animate Forest: The 12-week session sequence must be scheduled and completed within 6 months.
  • The Sacred Mountain: All sessions must be utilized within the agreed time of the bespoke partnership.

2. The Rhythm (Scheduling & Cancellations) Change requires presence. I require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any session rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be billed at the full rate to honor the time and space I have specifically set aside for your integration.

3. Sovereign Authority (Disclaimer) As a Strategic Alchemist, I facilitate the architecture of your transition. I am not a medical doctor, financial advisor, or guru. You remain the sovereign authority of your life and business; all decisions made during or after our sessions are your sole responsibility.

4. The Architecture of My Work (Proprietary Rights) The frameworks, roadmaps, and “ChangeOsophy” methodologies I share with you are the fruit of my professional lineage and creative labor. All my work is proprietary. While these tools are yours to use for your personal and professional expansion, they may not be reproduced, shared, or taught as your own without my express written consent.

5. The Container (Privacy & Communication) This shared space is contained within a sacred, professional vault. All strategic roadmaps and personal data are strictly confidential. To protect the focus of our work, our primary transformation occurs during our scheduled sessions; I respond to administrative or brief clarifying inquiries via email within 24 business hours.

6. The Resonance (Voice & Text Companionship) “Offered fro deep-dive containers intended for real-time integration and brief insights as you navigate your terrain. It is a space for momentum, not for emergency intervention or long-form strategic sessions. I engage with these messages during business hours (Monday–Friday) with the same presence I bring to our calls, responding within 24 hours. To maintain the clarity of our work, deep or complex shifts are best reserved for our face-to-face sessions.
